Booking and Cancellation Policies
Simple policies that protect your reservation and our crew
Please review these terms before reserving your moving date.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your crew.
The deposit may be paid through Cash App, Venmo or Zelle and is applied directly to your final bill.
Reservation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required before your crew and moving time are confirmed. Your deposit is credited toward the total amount due for your move.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling is free when requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled move time. Changes made within 24 hours are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled move time will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Moving the Basics uses these policies to keep the schedule running smoothly and ensure reserved crews are compensated for late changes.
